What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems

• Learning plumbing systems – both residential and light commercial

• Supporting excavation work, including trenching, grading, and utility installs

• Operating and maintaining job site tools and equipment

• Working closely with experienced technicians and learning the ropes

• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with clean driving record

• Clean background - ability to pass a background check

• No prior experience required – just a good attitude and a desire to learn

• Bonus if you have any experience in construction, mechanical, or landscaping trades

• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer and show expertise in backing up and maneuvering the truck and trailer.

Service Plumber Requirements

Qualified candidates must:

1.) Have experience troubleshooting and properly diagnosing drain clog issues.

2.) Have experience properly using various types of drain cleaning equipment.

3.) Have experience properly diagnosing and repairing leaks.

4.) Know how to join pipes with (solder, solvent weld (glue pipes), crimper (PEX fittings), pro-press.

5.) Maintain a professional appearance.

6.) Be reliable and maintain a positive attitude.

7.) Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

8.) Pass a background check (No felonies)

Compensation: Pay = Salary $$$ =DOE (Depends on Experience) Get paid even if there are no jobs scheduled! Some days will be busy and other days may not have any emergency service calls needing to be serviced. For this reason, this job will be compensated by a salary so that the tech can receive a full paycheck even if there were no emergency calls to be serviced.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Lead to efficiently undertake a variety of HVAC tasks ranging from repairing furnaces to installing air conditioners and providing first level support to our growing HVAC team. A successful HVAC Lead must have a thorough knowledge of venting, troubleshooting furnaces and air conditioners, gas lines, and more. Said candidate should be able to work with the team to provide expectations, coaching, feedback and provide training, when needed. The ideal candidate should be a patient individual with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.

Skills

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Tech with at least 3-5 years previous experience in residential service .
• Solid understanding of furnaces, water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioners, gas piping, etc.
• Ability and understanding of how to handle HVAC tools.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and patience
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Clean driving record
• Clean background!

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial HVAC service calls.
• Provide accurate and timely estimates.
• Mentor technicians with technical HVAC and/or process questions. Lead HVAC Service Technician may take his assigned vehicle home.
• Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, vendors and other employees.
• Possesses and practices the proper HVAC knowledge and safety skills to perform and complete all job tasks.
